I started at and finished at but it could be done in either direction..
Distance:
about 324 km according to google and 6 hours but it took me significantly longer… The first day I walked from dawn to dusk and made it as far as … No rushing though and plenty of stops and a few backtracks when i realised I could not continue on in a certain direction.
